He holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the Madras University and a Post Graduate Diploma in Supply Chain Management from the CII Institute of Logistics .
Armed with effective organizational, interpersonal and project management skills along with comprehensive knowledge of standards, best practices and procedures of logistics, Santosh’s enhanced knowledge of logistics staffing and cost control for high technical product lines is reputed. His motivational and leadership skills, ability to identify problems quickly and resolve them as efficiently, attention to detail coupled with keen time management abilities, great negotiation skills and the knack of managing multiple projects is an additional asset.
Santosh has several professional milestones to his credit including the unique feat of beginning his career by selling the first electronic typewriter to IIT Madras in the year 1990! Achieving the enormous act of growing a business in the Automobile sector from only 10 Cr to an impressive 85 Cr in the span of only six years . He has put to work his management skills in plant logistics and transportation across various locations like Pantnagar, Hosur, Bhandara, Pune and Ennore. Playing an instrumental role in providing end-to-end supply chain support to a leading truck manufacturer across five locations in India, he has designed and implemented the entire supply chain for a truck manufacturer for their engine plant in Chennai and handled outbound transportation of finished cars from three major MNC OEs.
At home, his wife and two daughters complete his family. Spending quality time with them, he often goes on trips with them, exploring the outdoors. A voracious traveler, the vast expanse of South India has been quenching his travel thirsts. Santosh is also an avid table tennis and badminton player.
